Our Founders has been a dedicated and passionate educator as her legacy is inherited from her four family generations of educators and teachers who has shaped her devotion in the education of the young minds in arts and academic education under her years of work and institutions. Her passion towards education has brought many successes to her students and her personal education career.
Since her graduation from School of ARts Yunnan University with a bachelor degree in music education, majoring in piano, She has dedicated her career to work in her diverse roles in the music and education industry first as a teacher and later, engage in her managerial role in her establishment, Beautiful Mind International Music Training School and Asian Youth Culture and Art Development centre Pte Ltd. where her management of four language and music schools has brought her many experiences and good understanding on how to achieve academic excellence. Her refinement in music and interest in language development have nurtured her students to excel in their respective fields, helping her students attain many grand awards in China.
From 2009, her students have won many accolades in the field of music education such as the Kayersburg International Youth Piano Competition (second and winner of the Gold Award). Two of her students has also won international fame as the Gold and Bronze Award in the final of the International Piano Competition in NIce Cote d’Azure France. Besides these, her students have claimed Gold Award in the International Competition, “Youth Academy in Rome, Italy”.
Over the years, her music and language education have enriched her career as a dedicated and efficient general manager with a good understanding on how we can groom her education of the young minds for academic and music success. Her roles as an organizer of her concert, master classes, language education programme (English and Chinese) has brought her many fond memories and proud and pleasant milestones as she realises the aspirations of her children and parents.
Her charitable and philanthropic activities has reflected how she sees how education and aspiration has made the lives better for others and this is seen from the Art Education Assistance Programme initiated with the Red Cross Society of China Yunnan. These ongoing initiatives are ways how Miss Lai reciprocates her beneficiary of education to society.
Lastly, in her own words, Miss Lai, sees herself aspiring greater goals in life as she sees her success through the fulfillment of the aims of her students which is far more rewarding for her. She also stress a dedicated and devoted interest in the welfare of her students.
